Life isn't always that perfect. Not just me, I believe everyone hopes that everyday could be as beautiful and as peaceful. Well, today I was really depressed and upset.
Today is national day! A day everyone, should be happy. I am a singaporean, and I am proud to be. Not every viewers here are from Singapore, but I believe its a love towards your country, your home. Feeling really happy today, I went out with my friend! We went to a shopping mall (Plaza Sing). It was a popular area and tons of people alight from there daily.
So, before that it was Little India station. Many Indians/Bangala came in. There was many space in the middle yet they all squeezed at the door. My friend worried ask me, how was we going to get out. I told her we could just squeeze through it. It is not something rude. At least not to us. That's life, everyday.
So, we went to squeeze out since there was a time limit so if we could not, that means we have to alight at the next stop and ride back again. Holding my friends hand tightly, we squeezed out together.
Suddenly, an Indian man scolded vulgarities and was furious. He stared at me and started scolding me. I am sorry to say but to me, the society is like this. Everybody judge you. Especially when you can't speak properly. "Push Push Push, Push what Push" "You know you bloody rude" "Very rude" He kept on scolding me that i was rude. I tolerated as I didn't wanted to scold back and made me look childish. Suddenly, He started saying i am " FUCKING RUDE" for numerous times. "BLOODY FUCKING RUDE" was what he said. I was furious and feel insulted. I did not shout or scream, I just told him back " You are fucking rude too." He then screamed "FUCK YOU""WHAT YOU WANT NOW WANT FIGHT AH HA FUCK YOU" and said just because i am fucking fucking rude, i should not say anything. ("FUCK YOU YOU FUCK RUDE FUCKING RUDE BLOODY FUCKING RUDE YOU FUCKING RUDE DONT TALK SO MUCH FUCK") Get the idea, he was just scolding me fuck all the time. His language is not that good either. He still asked me "ARE YOU A SINGAPOREAN OR NOT" Of course i am, a proud one. I believe he is the one that is not. I have never been racist because I dont see the need to. I study history and I saw how bad the world war was. And Singapore's Little India Riot. It was awful. But to be honest, the whole mrt , everybody was squeezing. I was almost the only chinese in the crowd that's why he insulted me like this?

If he want to ask, which day we singaporeans have not been pushed before. Especially during busy hours. Who have not been squeezed and all those. Yet we keep silent. Because it is life! If we have to complain about every single thing every single day, aren't we tired? That's why we kept silent. I do not care if he has his gang or what. I stand by my side, I had did nothing wrong. When I accidently hitted someone or knocked into someone, i apologise, always. If i didnt know, just tell me! Why bother making a big fuss just because of this.
